Nice - French Riviera

A WORD FROM THE HEADMASTER
The Jeanne and Paul Augier High School has just celebrated its 110th anniversary, showcasing a completely renewed image.
Following a complete renovation, expansion, and restructuring, it now stands at the forefront of innovation, integrating the latest technologies in culinary arts, hospitality, and general education. Generations of chefs and managers, who work in the most prestigious establishments, continue to uphold the spirit and reputation of Jeanne and Paul Augier.
Thanks to the Erasmus+ charter and the establishment of an international commission, numerous partnerships have been formed worldwide—from the United States to Japan, including Kenya, Mexico, and Europe—elevating Jeanne and Paul Augier High School to the ranks of the most prestigious institutions in Hospitality and Tourism.
Our training programs are fully aligned with the reform of vocational education. They include the UFA, GRETA, and an Excellence Campus, welcoming over 1,500 young people and adults and encouraging multidisciplinary pathways. From vocational certifications to bachelor's degrees, our programs are open to various statuses (students, apprentices, trainees) and offer an enriching experience across the entire hospitality, catering, and tourism sector.
Our team of executives, teachers, and trainers supports our learners with a level of quality recognized by professionals for their technical skills and interpersonal expertise. Our school is unique in France, featuring three restaurants open to the public: Le Bistrot des Galets, La Brasserie La Prom, and the Gastronomic Restaurant La Rotonde. Additionally, a catering space, Jeanne's boutique, and a Lounge Bar, Le Nissart, provide the perfect setting for hands-on learning experiences for our students.
The reputation of our institution is reflected in its involvement in numerous events such as AGECOTEL, Chefs World Summit, Escales Sensations, Les Étoiles de Mougins, and Dames de Lenval at the Negresco... These valuable experiences enrich the education of our students.
For the past four years, our school has been committed to an eco-responsible approach, aiming to optimize waste management and reduce our carbon footprint. We have implemented selective sorting, the use of glass and cardboard compactors, and dehydrators for organic waste. These initiatives have been recognized with the E3D and Cop d’Avance labels. To me, this is a fundamental educational aspect that we must instill in all our future citizens.
The school is fully connected, providing access to new educational resources for all our students, who are equipped with digital tablets.
This dynamic positions Jeanne and Paul Augier High School as an institution ready to meet the challenges of excellence and innovation in the tourism, hospitality, and catering industries.
Join our institution and
secure a promising professional future!
