The Jeanne and Paul Augier High School offers you its 3 training restaurants, its training bar, and its take-out shop for unique culinary experiences, in atmospheres adapted to your desires:
Restaurant Les GALETS, for a Bistro atmosphere
Restaurant La PROM, for a Brasserie atmosphere
Restaurant La ROTONDE, for a Gastronomic atmosphere
Bar Le NISSART, for an afterwork on the school's rooftop
The Jeanne Boutique will delight you with its take-out dishes, from appetizers to desserts..
Starting today, you can register your pre-reservations via the reservation form available below, under each restaurant.

Les Galets
The restaurant “Les GALETS” is located on the 3rd floor of the Jeanne et Paul Augier high school.
Simple and gourmet cuisine is offered through a 3-course menu for €20 excluding drinks.
The " Cuisine Nissarde " spirit is present at least once a week. The setting is refined, in keeping with the unique character of this educational space, reserved for "seconde" level students.
Payment by credit card and Ticket Restaurant card only.
La Prom'
The restaurant “La PROM'” is located on the 4th floor of the Jeanne and Paul Augier high school.
In a setting proudly bearing its name, the “first” level students will welcome you with quality cuisine and attentive service.
3-course menu for €25 excluding drinks
The drinks menu offers a fine selection of Provençal wines

La Rotonde
The restaurant “La ROTONDE” is proudly located on the 5th floor of the high school.
Completely renovated, this educational space is exclusively intended for final year students
and BTS.
The service is attentive, the dishes refined, the wine list extensive.
For lunch, we offer a menu for €35 excluding drinks (starter - main course - cheese - dessert).
Dinners (Thursday and/or Friday) start at €60 excluding drinks (see menu book)

Bar
Le Nissart
NISSART welcomes you every Tuesday and Wednesday from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Afterwork cocktails starting at €8, accompanied by Niçois snacks.

Jeanne's shop
Jeanne's Boutique welcomes you every day from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
On request, we are able to cater for your cocktails and other takeaway meals.
