Restaurant Pastry Chef

It trains students in restaurant pastry making. In a restaurant, when the customer orders their meal, they will be offered to choose their dessert at the same time. This implies that there is a pastry chef in the restaurant kitchen, and that the dessert is prepared on-site, on demand.

RECRUITMENT

  • Holder of a professional baccalaureate, preferably

  • Holder of a technological baccalaureate (for a student who does not pursue a BTS)

DURATION OF THE TRAINING

  • One year

TRAINING CONTENT

  • Professional practice: 16h

  • Professional technology: 2h

  • Drawing applied to the profession: 1h

  • Applied sciences: 2h

  • Management: 2h

EXAMINATION

  • An exam concludes the training

INTERNSHIPS

  • Internships take place in hotels in Nice and the surrounding area.
